These terms and conditions of use ("Terms of Use") of the Website (as defined below) between KAUSHAL FURNITURE, d/b/a Kaushal Furniture (hereinafter referred to as "Kaushal Furniture”) and the users/ registrants of the Website ("You" or "Your" or "Yourself" or "User") describe the terms on which Kaushal Furniture offers You access to the Website and the Services (as defined below) through the Website.

SHIPPING

Often we do not book orders from outside Delhi-NCR regions, but keeping in mind the requirement of products of our prestigious customerswe can also deliver the some selected products in some selected city,  state also( Please Note: We do not offer "Cash on Delivery” outside Delhi areas). Here a customer must agree to pay the shipping charges applicable on their products; shipping charges may vary according to the distance of customer address and weight of the product. We requested to prestigious customers  before placing the order from ” outside Delhi areas please confirm to call us to we can deliver your selected products in your city , state yes or no .

HIPPING IN DELHI

All our prestigious customers live in Delhi & New Delhi areas can be place order by

Online and offline by the ways of simple online payment proceeds procedure on our

Website, cash on delivery (COD) on some selected products if this facility shown in

products details and by call us and book your products on my customer care contact number.

SHIPPING IN NCR-REGION

All shipments in regions of NCR [Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Greater Noida]
are shipped by our transport and for that we charge a minimum charges on selected products,
We also offer free shipping on some selected products, Please Note: We do not offer "Cash on Delivery"

GENERAL

We will attempt the delivery of the products only once. 

In case the delivery is not executed during the first attempt due to any of following reasons, Extra charges will be 

incurred on the second time delivery.

(a) Recipient not available.
(b) Delivery not done due to wrong address.
(c) Wrong phone number/not reachable/no reply/not connecting.

(d) Premises locked.

Delivery only to the shipping address provided by you. Generally we deliver within 1 to 7 working days, 
but in some cases it may take up to 2 weeks depending on the stock. In following cases shipping duration may increase without any prior notice to you, for which Kaushal Furniture cannot be held responsible like transporter strike,

energy or resource scarcity, bandh, or any natural calamities. All these delivery conditions may change without any prior notice to the customers;users are requested to keep in touch with conditions of use before using the website

Return and Refunds

Return only available in condition of damage during warranty period.
All warranty of the products belongs to manufacturer and not to the website.
No refund in any form available for your purchase from the website.
In case of non-delivery of your order by my hand, all your money will be refunded by the website
Kaushal Furniture retains the right to examine and inspect the product, whether the product returned is damaged to replace, and based on the verification, the website will either re-ship/replace the products to the customer.
If the customer place the order and the selected products color are not available so we call us to request the change the color decision if you not agree with us we refund you.

^{PLEASE NOTE: Free shipping is only available for product purchasetime  not for replacement during warranty period. The customer will have to pay both side shipping charges whatever applicable at the time of return.
Please do not accept any products with damaged/ tampered packaging (excludes normal wear & tear and markings on the outer surface of the package).
We do not guarantee the same product in return, depending on the availability of the product; we can send you an alternate product that may or may not be in the same color or design, having the same cost of your product.}

Placing an order:

Please check dimensions of the entrance/door to your home/office/shop/building/premise before buying, so as to ensure that there is no problem in getting the product inside. In such a situation we will not be able to accept return or cancellation. For this item please check the details on product page. Please Note: We May charge Extra handling charges according to the location where the furniture has to be set up. Our free shipping or even paid shipping charges only allow us to drop furniture at your doorstep, suppose you ask the delivery person to keep the furniture on the top floor, here you will be charged according to your requirement.  

On Delivery:

For all items that are expected to stand, ensure that the item is steady and straight. Unevenness up to 5 mm happens due to difference in surfaces and floor levels and is an accepted industry standard. Bushes will have to be attached to balance the item. Please report the item to our Customer Support team and we will take it on from there. In case of dust or a lack of shine, rubbing the surface with a cloth will help. This is an accepted method for cleaning the surface of a furniture item and making it shine.

Cancellations:

We accept cancellation of furniture orders up to 24 hours of placing the same, without any charges to you. In the event of cancellation after 24 hours, a cancellation fee of Rs.1000 will be charged and the balance amount will be refunded to you. No cancellation requests will be accepted after 4 days from the date of receipt of order for this item on Kaushal Furniture. Pieces of furniture are made specifically for your order.

Warranty:

Warranty against manufacturing defects only. Any manufacturing defect must be informed within 24 hours of item received. Minor scratches or wear and tear during loading and unloading the product at your premises will not be counted as manufacturing defect.

NOTE : ALL PRRODUCTS IN FURNITURE ARE SHOW IN (IN STOCK)  CATEGORY . BUT AFTER ORDER PLACED  IF PRODUCTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE BY ANY REASON ORDER ARE AUTO CANCELEAD.
